This toolkit provides guidance and best practices on the evaluation of social media/media (SMM) campaigns. The information is meant to serve as a starting point for EHE jurisdictions to help you decide how best to measure the success of your SMM campaigns.
Below, we provide ready-to-use- tools, concrete examples of data metrics that you can expect to receive from your campaign as well as recommended best practices for how to use as well as supplement that data to evaluate your campaign’s success.

Three sites in the Special Projects of National Significance Black Men Who Have Sex with Men (BMSM) Initiative have developed and implemented innovative technology innovations to engage BMSM in care. These include apps, telemedicine, social media, and texting services that meet clients where they are and provide access to services. This presentation will describe product selection and early implementation experiences.

Preliminary results from an ongoing RWHAP clinic initiative to use text messaging as a re-engagement strategy to bring lost patients back to care, which may be a more manageable and possibly equally effective re-engagement strategy when compared to phone outreach.
