Innovative, Integrated Care: Two Unique Deliveries of Telepsychiatry Services
Telepsychiatry has proven to provide better access and higher-quality care to patients who need psychiatric care as well as for those who have varying circumstances that make it difficult to engage in this service. Vivent Health has successfully integrated telepsychiatry within its medical home model. With two different service delivery methods, this presentation will look at the benefits of telepsychiatry for people with HIV, as well as the unique delivery methods Vivent Health provides in Wisconsin and Colorado.

Promoting Improved HIV Health Outcomes in Clients Experiencing Unstable Housing
This session will present strategies to improve viral suppression in clients experiencing unstable housing and homelessness. This includes both a recipient serving homeless clients and a RWHAP AIDS Education and Training Center that trains clinicians on strategies to serve clients experiencing homelessness. Boston Healthcare for the Homeless Program uses an innovative care model, designed from the margins, to meet the complex needs of people living at the intersections of HIV, homelessness, substance use disorder, and incarceration. Such models hold promise for closing HIV care and prevention equity gaps for this hyper-vulnerable group.
