DISQ “Office Hours” are technical assistance opportunities that allow Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipient and provider staff to talk with their peers in an informal setting about specific technical challenges and solutions. These hour-long calls include a short presentation by a RWHAP recipient or provider about their data management approach.

Health coverage is one of the data elements reported in the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Services Report (RSR). The RSR Instruction Manual provides detailed information about how and when to report health coverage.

Under eligible scope reporting, providers should report all Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) eligible clients on the RWHAP Services Report (RSR). Figuring out who these clients are can be a challenge, especially for large providers with a lot of data to sift through.
