Chapters outline the processes programs need to put in place, including meeting DATA 2000 regulatory requirements, achieving institutional buy-in, implementing staff training requirements, and evaluating processes and outcomes.

The Implementation of Evidence-Informed Behavioral Health Models to Improve HIV Health Outcomes for the BMSM Initiative seeks to engage, link, and retain black men who have sex with men in HIV medical care, behavioral health care, and supportive services.
