HRSA/HAB guidance on using RWHAP funds to provide services to eligible individuals in prisons, jails, and other correctional systems allows recipients to determine which RWHAP services to provide and for how long. Participants will gain new strategies for creating effective enrollment partnerships as well as how to prepare staff, partners, and clients for Open Enrollment.

The HealthCare.gov Open Enrollment period for signing up for health coverage has been expanded and will now run from November 1, 2021 through January 15, 2022. (Some state enrollment periods vary.) In addition, enrollment assistance programs are being expanded.
