This introductory video outlines the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Services Report (RSR), HRSA HAB's primary reporting requirement to receive client-level data from funded agencies. All RWHAP-funded recipients (also known as grantees) and service providers must submit an RSR each year via the Electronic Handbooks (EHBs).

DISQ “Office Hours” are technical assistance opportunities that allow Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipient and provider staff to talk with their peers in an informal setting about specific technical challenges and solutions. These hour-long calls include a short presentation by a RWHAP recipient or provider about their data management approach.

Research shows that African American students live with HIV more commonly than their primarily Caucasian counterparts. Historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) educate millions of learners, positioning these entities to enact greater strategies to counter HIV acquisition and spread. This workshop describes an innovative partnership to address such factors at HBCUs.
