Five sites participating in the SPNS Black Men who Have Sex with Men (BMSM) Initiative are implementing the Youth-focused Case Management model of care to support behavioral health services integration to improve HIV health outcomes. Attendees will learn the core elements of these interventions to improve engagement and viral suppression.
