Research shows that African American students live with HIV more commonly than their primarily Caucasian counterparts. Historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) educate millions of learners, positioning these entities to enact greater strategies to counter HIV acquisition and spread. Under eligible scope reporting, providers should report all Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) eligible clients on the RWHAP Services Report (RSR). Figuring out who these clients are can be a challenge, especially for large providers with a lot of data to sift through.
