Developing Systems to Collect, Report, & Use Data to Optimize CHW Initiatives in the South (16076)
Through the Southern Initiative, CAI supported four Part A agencies in the South in integrating a Community Health Worker (CHW) model to address disparities in HIV outcomes. Evaluating the Impact of the RWHAP: From Cost-Effectiveness to Clinical Care
This workshop will present findings from three recently completed HRSA/HAB-sponsored studies that evaluated the impact of the RWHAP, specifically regarding its cost-effectiveness, models of clinical care, and factors associated with viral suppression.

Utilizing Partnerships to Implement Insurance Benefit Management Services: Insurance Enrollment, Premium Payments and Co-Payments
Participants will learn about the presenters’ experience with implementing insurance benefit management services, including enrolling clients across Florida into insurance programs using a broker/assister hybrid model in collaboration with local Ryan White programs, developing an insurance benefits management technology infrastructure, and implementing medical copayment cards for Part A clients in Broward County.
