Clinical Quality management in Non_Clinical Providers
This month's CQII webinar focuses on quality improvement for non-clinical services. Many RWHAP recipients also provide non-clinical services or subcontract with or link to organizations that provide these services. These types of services should be included in your quality management plans and some of the same processes and tools that apply to clinical services can be used with non-clinical services.
