Rapid has developed into a core feature of the Dorothy Mann Center HIV care continuum, assuring immediate linkage to expert HIV services, immediate initiation of therapy, and rapid viral suppression. Benefits are present for youth prevention services. Rapid access models are feasible and beneficial for youth HIV care and prevention.

This session showcases the activities undertaken by the Ryan White Wellness Center in Charleston, South Carolina, that helped eliminate viral suppression disparities among its young men of color who have sex with men.

The Alabama Quality Management Group (AQMG) is a consortium of quality leaders representing all Alabama RWHAP Part C and D clinics, over 80% of Alabama's HIV-diagnosed population. Data for Care Alabama (D4C-AL), a CDC-funded retention-in-care project, uses risk-stratification based on missed visits. It is currently being implemented at one site but will continue to be implemented over time.

This session will explain how Texas collects gender identity data for people with HIV and will examine disparities in care and health outcomes for transgender Texans living with HIV with an additional focus on the Latinx and black communities in order to understand how to better meet the needs of transgender people with HIV.

This session will give information on the RWHAP SPNS Social Media Initiative (SMI), which used social media and digital technology to improve HIV outcomes for young people. In 2019, the Louisiana AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) partnered with a leading private dental insurer to design a group dental plan modeled after an employer-sponsored plan, specifically tailored to the needs of people with HIV. Both utilization and client satisfaction rose significantly following the adoption of the plan.
