POP-UP
POP-UP provides low-barrier comprehensive HIV primary care, substance use services, mental health services, and case management to people who are homeless and unstably housed with the goal of retaining clients in care and improving viral suppression. Performance Measures and the HIVQM
This webinar is open to all Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program recipients and subrecipients who are interested in using the HIV Quality Measures (HIVQM) Module. The HIVQM Module is a tool developed by HAB that allows recipients and subrecipients to enter their HAB performance measures and continually monitor their progress in improving health outcomes for people with HIV. HIVQM Module users can generate summary reports and compare their progress with other users regionally, nationally or by RWHAP Part.
