Adapting and Implementing the Youth-Focused Case Management Model for the SPNS BMSM Initiative
Five sites participating in the SPNS Black Men who Have Sex with Men (BMSM) Initiative are implementing the Youth-focused Case Management model of care to support behavioral health services integration to improve HIV health outcomes. Implementing Evidence-Informed Interventions with Black MSM to Improve Access, Engagement/Reengagement, and Health Outcomes
This peer-led workshop will explore the implementation of evidence-informed interventions with black men who have sex with men (MSM) through Project CONNECT at AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland, Tailored Motivational Interviewing at the University of Mississippi, and TXTXT at the SUNY-Downstate HEAT Program in Brooklyn. Attendees will learn the core elements of these interventions to improve engagement and viral suppression.

Lessons Learned From Linking ADAP Data with HIV Surveillance Data to Improve Health Outcomes in Massachusetts
HIV care measures for people with HIV enrolled in the Massachusetts AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) were compared to people with HIV not currently enrolled; results indicate that enrollees have higher frequencies of engagement and retention in care and viral suppression. Evaluation of the data provides insight that enhances programming and service delivery to reduce health disparities.
