This peer-led workshop will explore the implementation of evidence-informed interventions with black men who have sex with men (MSM) through Project CONNECT at AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland, Tailored Motivational Interviewing at the University of Mississippi, and TXTXT at the SUNY-Downstate HEAT Program in Brooklyn. Telepsychiatry has proven to provide better access and higher-quality care to patients who need psychiatric care as well as for those who have varying circumstances that make it difficult to engage in this service. Vivent Health has successfully integrated telepsychiatry within its medical home model. With two different service delivery methods, this presentation will look at the benefits of telepsychiatry for people with HIV, as well as the unique delivery methods Vivent Health provides in Wisconsin and Colorado.

Positive Love: Improving Health Outcomes of Young, Black MSM with HIV in the Deep South
The presentation will cover the efficacy of +Love, a five-pronged intervention in New Orleans, involving a dedicated case manager, therapist, peer support, ride service, and text-based alert program that tracks clients' basic needs, mood, and provides medication reminders, in improving the healthcare and treatment satisfaction of young, black men who have sex with men (MSM) with HIV.
