Telepsychiatry has proven to provide better access and higher-quality care to patients who need psychiatric care as well as for those who have varying circumstances that make it difficult to engage in this service. Vivent Health has successfully integrated telepsychiatry within its medical home model. With two different service delivery methods, this presentation will look at the benefits of telepsychiatry for people with HIV, as well as the unique delivery methods Vivent Health provides in Wisconsin and Colorado.

Such models hold promise for closing HIV care and prevention equity gaps for this hyper-vulnerable group.

It will explore culturally responsive leadership, transformational leadership, and cultural humility. Facilitators will demonstrate formal and informal leadership skills. Three different clinical sites across the state of Missouri identified a way to stratify unsuppressed patients – those that are consistently viremic and those that are unexpectedly viremic. This presentation will focus on quality improvement (QI) interventions for patients with persistent viremia.

Using an innovative Stakeholder Real-Time Delphi approach, 805 stakeholders (e.g., people with HIV, HIV service organization staff, HIV planning council representatives) from across the United States interactively assessed the prevalence rate and individual-level negative impacts of five substance abuse disorders (SUDs), which were combined to estimate the population-level negative impact of each SUD.
