Presenters will review methods to facilitate replication of the model in other Ryan White programs.

The presentation summarizes a population-based approach to assess those needs and to respond with training and other resources. Presenters will describe the implementation of the approach by the New York City EMA in partnership with the Northeast/Caribbean AETC.
