Innovative, Integrated Care: Two Unique Deliveries of Telepsychiatry Services
Telepsychiatry has proven to provide better access and higher-quality care to patients who need psychiatric care as well as for those who have varying circumstances that make it difficult to engage in this service. Vivent Health has successfully integrated telepsychiatry within its medical home model. Using Shared Measures among the AQMG to Increase Retention-In-Care among Alabama's Ryan White Clinics
The Alabama Quality Management Group (AQMG) is a consortium of quality leaders representing all Alabama RWHAP Part C and D clinics, over 80% of Alabama's HIV-diagnosed population. Data for Care Alabama (D4C-AL), a CDC-funded retention-in-care project, uses risk-stratification based on missed visits. It is currently being implemented at one site but will continue to be implemented over time.

Proactive Clinic-Based Substance Abuse Screening and Treatment: Helping to Advance in New Directions (Helping HAND)
A clinic-based substance abuse screening and treatment program is described. Using the Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment model, this provides annual proactive screening of alcohol/drug use, with a brief provider response and a follow-up motivational interviewing brief intervention, with treatment provided by an embedded provider.

People with HIV Leadership Institute Session 1 (101): Intentional Leadership
Leadership Institute Session 1 focuses on the leadership of people with HIV and will cover the role and history of meaningful involvement of people with HIV. It will explore culturally responsive leadership, transformational leadership, and cultural humility. Facilitators will demonstrate formal and informal leadership skills. People with HIV are encouraged to attend.

Test-and-Treat Protocol in a Rural State To Decrease Time to Undetectable Viral Load
Oklahoma has been classified by the Department of Health and Human Services as one of the seven states with a high rural HIV burden. Test-and-treat protocols are feasible within high-volume HIV clinics which serve rural and underserved communities to minimize the time to the first appointment to decrease time to viral load suppression.
