Criminal Justice Initiative: Addressing Continuum of Care for People with HIV and/or hepatitisC from Incarceration to Re-Entry
Panelists will describe collaborative prevention and support services provided to people with HIV and/or hepatitis from incarceration to re-entry. Services addressing social determinants of health are provided in corrections facilities and upon release.
