HIV care measures for people with HIV enrolled in the Massachusetts AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) were compared to people with HIV not currently enrolled; results indicate that enrollees have higher frequencies of engagement and retention in care and viral suppression. Evaluation of the data provides insight that enhances programming and service delivery to reduce health disparities.

HRSA/HAB guidance on using RWHAP funds to provide services to eligible individuals in prisons, jails, and other correctional systems allows recipients to determine which RWHAP services to provide and for how long. This session will provide overviews of HAB policy and two recipients' programs serving people who are justice-involved.

Oklahoma has been classified as one of the seven states with a high rural HIV burden. Telemedicine is an excellent resource to reach patients in rural areas and continue to engage them in care and keep them virally suppressed.

This interactive session will introduce participants to the practical aspects of TIC interventions.

Telemedicine has emerged to provide medical care to those in rural settings. This model has not yet been utilized by Ryan White clinics at academic centers. We use a multidisciplinary approach to conduct visits with patients via live videoconferencing. There are multiple challenges, but there is potential for increasing access.

This session will describe the New Jersey Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) Model to improve outcomes for people with HIV, explore approaches to TIC service delivery integration through organizational level systems and culture changes, demonstrate the use of real-time data dashboards to promote successful implementation, and share lessons learned across various agency types.
