Criminal Justice Initiative: Addressing Continuum of Care for People with HIV and/or hepatitisC from Incarceration to Re-Entry
Panelists will describe collaborative prevention and support services provided to people with HIV and/or hepatitis from incarceration to re-entry. Services addressing social determinants of health are provided in corrections facilities and upon release. Providing RWHAP Services to People Who Are Justice-Involved
HRSA/HAB guidance on using RWHAP funds to provide services to eligible individuals in prisons, jails, and other correctional systems allows recipients to determine which RWHAP services to provide and for how long.
