Participants will learn about the presenters’ experience with implementing insurance benefit management services, including enrolling clients across Florida into insurance programs using a broker/assister hybrid model in collaboration with local Ryan White programs, developing an insurance benefits management technology infrastructure, and implementing medical copayment cards for Part A clients in Broward County.

The session will discuss lessons learned from the Rhode Island's path to the AIDS Drugs Assistance Program (ADAP) automation through the implementation of the Lifia Portal. The Alabama Quality Management Group (AQMG) is a consortium of quality leaders representing all Alabama RWHAP Part C and D clinics, over 80% of Alabama's HIV-diagnosed population. Data for Care Alabama (D4C-AL), a CDC-funded retention-in-care project, uses risk-stratification based on missed visits. It is currently being implemented at one site but will continue to be implemented over time.

The presentation will include an overview of the transition to self-attestation and how organizational change supported a quality-driven approach.
