Implementing Evidence-Informed Interventions with Black MSM to Improve Access, Engagement/Reengagement, and Health Outcomes
This peer-led workshop will explore the implementation of evidence-informed interventions with black men who have sex with men (MSM) through Project CONNECT at AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland, Tailored Motivational Interviewing at the University of Mississippi, and TXTXT at the SUNY-Downstate HEAT Program in Brooklyn. Attendees will learn the core elements of these interventions to improve engagement and viral suppression.

Lessons Learned From Linking ADAP Data with HIV Surveillance Data to Improve Health Outcomes in Massachusetts
HIV care measures for people with HIV enrolled in the Massachusetts AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) were compared to people with HIV not currently enrolled; results indicate that enrollees have higher frequencies of engagement and retention in care and viral suppression. Evaluation of the data provides insight that enhances programming and service delivery to reduce health disparities.

Innovative, Integrated Care: Two Unique Deliveries of Telepsychiatry Services
Telepsychiatry has proven to provide better access and higher-quality care to patients who need psychiatric care as well as for those who have varying circumstances that make it difficult to engage in this service. Vivent Health has successfully integrated telepsychiatry within its medical home model. With two different service delivery methods, this presentation will look at the benefits of telepsychiatry for people with HIV, as well as the unique delivery methods Vivent Health provides in Wisconsin and Colorado.

Vocational Needs and Intervention Models for People with HIV: Research Findings and Recommendations
This workshop will review research findings related to the vocational needs of people with HIV. Results from recent quantitative and qualitative research studies reporting the career development needs of people with HIV will be discussed. A client-focused Considering Work model and the Common Threads intervention will be presented.

Systems Change to Optimize HCV Cure for All Persons with Hepatitis C and HIV
In a multi-site community health center system, the most challenging patients with HIV and hepatitis C (HCV) co-infection were assessed for HICV cure, and the solutions developed to overcome their barriers to treatment were translated into systems change. The presenters will discuss the challenges, solutions, and resultant system changes.
