Transgender Women Engagement and Entry to Care (T.W.E.E.T): E2i
T.W.E.E.T. aims to engage transgender women in HIV care by combining weekly peer-based education and discussion groups, leadership training, community building, and the provision of supportive services. ESCALATE capacita y empodera a participantes para reconocer y abordar el estigma del VIH dentro de cada nivel del programa Ryan White de VIH/SIDA (RWHAP, por sus siglas en inglés). ESCALATE contará con la participación de equipos de reducción del estigma (un mínimo de dos equipos participantes) dentro de las 57 jurisdicciones identificadas en la iniciativa Terminar con la epidemia de VIH: un plan para Estados Unidos (EHE, por sus siglas en inglés) con un enfoque particular en la reducción del estigma en las personas transgénero o de género no binario y hombres que tienen sexo con hombres. El programa también se enfocará en miembres de comunidades Negra/Africana Americana, latinx, comunidades india americanas y nativas de Alaska.
