Innovative, Integrated Care: Two Unique Deliveries of Telepsychiatry Services
Telepsychiatry has proven to provide better access and higher-quality care to patients who need psychiatric care as well as for those who have varying circumstances that make it difficult to engage in this service. Vivent Health has successfully integrated telepsychiatry within its medical home model. Utilizing Partnerships to Implement Insurance Benefit Management Services: Insurance Enrollment, Premium Payments and Co-Payments
Participants will learn about the presenters’ experience with implementing insurance benefit management services, including enrolling clients across Florida into insurance programs using a broker/assister hybrid model in collaboration with local Ryan White programs, developing an insurance benefits management technology infrastructure, and implementing medical copayment cards for Part A clients in Broward County.

Lessons Learned from Creating the 2020 HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Needs Assessment
Part B, Part A, and the Minnesota Council for HIV/AIDS Care and Prevention collaborated to conduct a needs assessment of people with HIV. We facilitated meetings with various stakeholders to gain consensus on questions to include. It’s important to have strong project management, delegate responsibilities, and plan carefully.

Utilizing a Social Science Framework to Guide Development and Implementation of a Status-Neutral Needs Assessment
Assessment of needs of people with HIV through broad-based community engagement is a tenet of the Ryan White planning process. The Baltimore EMA Planning Council developed a status-neutral survey targeting 1,100 persons. Modified Data Mapping supported community-based survey development by simplifying complex processes and creating transparent iterative processes of stakeholder engagement.
