Ryan White Part B fiscal monitors in Texas developed processes and tools to identify, track, and report program income generated through the 340B program and other sources of revenue. This report highlights projects found to offer highly effective (and replicable) approaches to integrating buprenorphine-based medication-assisted treatment into HIV/AIDS primary care. Chapters outline the processes programs need to put in place, including meeting DATA 2000 regulatory requirements, achieving institutional buy-in, implementing staff training requirements, and evaluating processes and outcomes.

This session will discuss how to reduce the percentage of HIV patients who are out of care. Participants will learn to use a multi-disciplinary team approach to identify patients who are truly out of care, pinpoint the most effective approach toward contacting patients to be brought back into HIV care, and maintain the patient’s HIV care.
